Course: Learn the Fundamentals of Adobe Premier Pro CS6

Course Description
Adobe Premiere Pro, a part of Adobe Creative Suite, is a video editing program. It is used to edit videos, including movies, and is quickly becoming the go-to program for filmmakers all over the world, both amateur and pro. In fact, both CNN and the BBC use Premiere Pro for editing purposes. This course is designed to help you learn and master Premiere Pro. Both the beginner and seasoned users can benefit from this as it starts with the basics of the program including navigation and progresses toward more advanced features.

Class and Lab Hours: 50 (25 Theory, 25 Lab)

Pre-requisites: Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.

Course Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, trainees/students will be able to:
  1. Import media into Premiere Pro
  2. Organize imported media
  3. Use Timeline for video and audio tracks
  4. Create sequences and nested sequences
  5. Add motion to clips
  6. Create and work with keyframes
  7. Add animation and other effects
  8. Add transitions
  9. Add text, shapes, and logos to a project
