    Ruchika Naithani

I am Ruchika Naithani, born on 18-12-1983 with hearing impairment. Learning language had been my major challenge due to the impairment I was born with. With great struggle I completed my 10th from CBSE board and 12th from Open School. Thereafter I tried to undergo various vocational courses and took up a job with limited success. Finally I enrolled myself for a course on Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop with TIET. The faculty at TIET took extra pains to teach me the various facets of 3D modelling and creating near natural environments, keeping in mind my limitations of hearing, speech and understanding language. Now my art work using 3Ds Max and Photoshop is for everyone to see. I was really impressed with the learning environment at TIET and shall always remain indebted to the TIET faculty for their support and encouragement.

The training imparted by Mrs. Anju Jethwani from TIET on Personality development and Interview skills was really impressive. I am really excited and indebted to TIET faculty as due to their help I was able to clear my interview with ease. The course was made interesting through personality development games and mock interview sessions. The training environment was very conducive and other staff members were also very supportive. It helped me to gain knowledge about how to improve personality, body language, and face interviews with confidence quite quickly. Course was taught on professional level with the help of live projects and videos. I chose to attend TIET because I wanted to learn STAAD in detail and I wanted to stay in National Capital of Delhi. When I was searching for good training centers to apply to, I was so excited to learn that TIET offered the course that I wanted to learn. Before coming to TIET I had done a quick search of other training centers. I visited some of them but I was not convinced. Since I was in my Final Semester of B.Tech (Civil), I also wanted that this course should help me in submitting my final year project and getting me my first job in my desired field. I started my classes at TIET in March 2015 when I was doing my internship at one of the Real State Developers in Gurgaon. To be very honest, my senior Mr. Amitabh (AGM-Structure, M3M) insisted me to learn STAAD. Here at TIET, I had a wonderful opportunity of learning with flexible hours of labs and very co-operative environment created by entire staff of the institution. Slowly, I started learning the technology and started improving my skills needed to become a Structural Engineer. While pursuing my course at TIET, I did my Final Year project in which I succeeded with the highest marks in the college and one of the highest in the University. Also, slowly I started working on real world projects in my internship and started getting peer recognition for the same.

After the completion of the course, I was searching for a right beginning of my career. My mentor at TIET, Mr. Manash Chatterjee and Mr. Gaurav, supported me in my quest for job even after the completion of my course. After a long search, I finally went for my first interview that was recommended by my mentor, Mr. Manash. I did not want to waste this opportunity and gave my best. I got selected in my first interview itself. It is now three months since I was placed in a reputed consultancy firm in Delhi. I am really excited because now I have a job of my choice.

I believe that if you work hard, have a good coach, and have blessings of your parents and teachers, sky is the limit. Thank you all for helping me in my quest. Thanks Tickoo Institute of Emerging Technologies for supporting me in my endeavor to success.

I am Ganeshni, currently working as an Estimation engineer in JDC Infra Pvt. Ltd. The construction of a building involves various steps such as land acquisition, drafting, designing, estimation, etc. To perform all these steps and complete the project on time, one needs to have thorough knowledge of multiple softwares. But we can also perform all these steps by using single Civil software, Revit. Revit can easily coordinate different members in a project.

When I realized the importance of this software in building and construction industry, I was really eager to learn it thoroughly. My search for a good training institute in Delhi/NCR region ended at Tickoo Institute of Emerging Technologies. The well trained and experienced faculty members of TIET helped me acquire Revit knowledge quickly. I was also given the opportunity to gain some practical knowledge which is very much needed in the industry. The kind approach of their non teaching staff and pleasant environment was also really appreciable.

The value of my career has been improved by means of REVIT. Thanks to Tickoo Institute of Emerging Technology.

  • Nitesh Saluja

It all started in My Summer vacations after second year of B.Tech(Civil Engineering) from Delhi Technological University(also Delhi College of Engineering). I am searching for institute which can teach me Revit . Hardly I know anything about the software before. On searching a lot I finally ended up in front of Manash Sir, my mentor, Guru, Everything. He saw that I am just a raw child who even don’t know the basic of his course. He nurtured me like his own child. He scolded me, applauded me, gave every possible opportunity to grow in the Corporate environment. I clearly remember at the time of my Project submission in college, I asked him to teach Staad, He straightaway told me I won't be teaching and asked me to go for self learning. He is always there for my help. Not only him but everyone out there in TIET treat me as their own. I cant forget my first internship which I got through their help in the firm I wanted. After sometime I enrolled myself for AutoCAD Civil 3D in TIET only. At that time also I was focused with 100 percent attention from their side. My story isn't over here. Manash Sir then told me about the Autodesk BIM Competition and told me to take part in it. I being an enthusiastic registered for the competition at my earliest with my partner Vinay who is also a find of Manash Sir only. He helped us guided us in any possible way he could do. He used to create some practical scenarios for us so that we can visualize things more clearly. I remembered the time when competition results were announced, I told him about result on phone and I could really sense his smile his happiness over there. We came SECOND in ALL INDIA. We were happy but more than us whole TIET was happy for us. Even Prof. Sham Tickoo, founder of TIET, personally greeted us.

Then Manash Sir asked me to look for the jobs as now it's a good time to go for it. On going for it I heard about Freelancing and started looking for the work over there and meanwhile searching for jobs too as my college tenure was going to over soon. After gaining lot of confidence in my work profile through freelancing and competition, I applied for a job in World's one of the most reputed company and guess what? I am PLACED.

Thanks a lot Manash Sir and TIET for giving me such a support. So guys TIET is not just an Institute, It is a family.

    Thanks for reading my story.

  • Krishna Singh

Hi, I am Krishna Singh from Agra, a Graduate Civil Engineer. Sometime back I was looking for proper guidance for my career and job. One of my friends informed me about TIET.

I enquired about software training being offered in this institute and when I was satisfied with the course and fee structure, I enrolled for Revit Structure. Ankit and Abhishek Sir were assigned as instructors for me. I was quite happy with their approach of teaching as it was detailed and project-oriented.

Due to the proper guidance of such wonderful instructors and Manash Sir, who is a Sr. BIM specialist and mentor in this institute, I am now working in a company called BIM Engineers as a B.I.M engineer.

Thanks to TIET for its support and guidance in making my career.

  • Kriti Sharma

I am Kriti Sharma, an Architecture Graduate. I used to work in a design firm but I wanted to enter into the BIM field so one of my friends suggested me to join TIET.

I learned Autodesk Revit Architecture at TIET. Ankit sir and Abhishek sir were assigned as my trainers. Both were very friendly and worked sincerely on my problems. The way they made me learn Revit was simple, detailed, and project-oriented. Later on, during my training time, Manash sir, who is a senior faculty at TIET, helped me to appear in an interview in an MNC in Gurgaon (BIM ENGINEERS). I had done two live projects in TIET which helped me a lot to crack the interview process.

I am now working in BIM ENGINEERS as a BIM ARCHITECT. Thanks to all TIET employees for being so supportive. I would recommend this training institute to all candidates who are looking for professional training.
